Method:In general, the depth of cut is a removal of the residual left when roughing; feed selection is mainly based on the requirements of the surface roughness selected, generally choose a smaller feed.

Finishing cutting dosage

General principle: quality assurance is the main focus.

Method: When considering the cutting speed, a medium cutting speed is used to avoid the generation of chip tumours. Carbide tools generally use higher cutting speeds; HSS tools use lower depths of cut.
